Parking

How many free parking spaces do you have?

Trinity currently has 280 free parking spaces available. This includes 38 electric charging stations.

Where is it recommended to park when arriving at Trinity Hotel and Conference?

It is recommended to park at the reception, check in, and then find a parking space close to the wing where your room is located. Remember to bring all valuables with you when you leave the car.

Parking spaces with electric charging stations

Do you have charging stations for electric and hybrid cars?

Yes, Trinity has 38 parking spaces with electricstations for electric and hybrid cars. 34 of them are from Clever, and payment can be made with a Clever charging tag or Clever’s app app. There is also 4 charging stationsfrom E•ON, where you can pay with a E•ONcharging card, if you are a customer. Are you not a customer at E•ON, then it is possible to use the E•ON Drive app or EasyPark app o n your phone. Read more about how you are charging on E•ON charging stations here.

Handicap parking

Do you have handicap parking spaces?

Yes, Trinity is approved by ”God Adgang”, and we have 4 parking spaces for handicapped near the main entrance.

Access conditions – and other user-friendly facilities

Do you have facilities for people with disabilities?

Yes, Trinity has good conditions for people with disabilities and is approved by God Adgang (Good Access).

Check in/out

What can I do with my luggage if I arrive before the check-in time or want to stay after the check-out time?

Trinity Hotel and Conference offers a luggage room where you can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in or wish to stay after check-out.

When should I check-out?

Check out should be done at 9 am. Guest which visit us on leisure-/deals shall checkout no later than 10 am.

When can you check-in?

Guests cancheckin from 2 pm on all days.

How do I find Trinity Hotel and Conference?

Trinity is centrally located in Denmark and close to the motorway near Fredericia. You can find directions and address information on our contact page.

Trinity Hotel and Conference offers a range of services, including laundry, dry cleaning, ironing facilities, shoe shining, copying, postal services, printing documents, and booking or changing train, flight, and taxi tickets.

Can you arrange a meeting or conference?

Trinity’s professional Sales & Advisory Partners in the Meeting & Event department can easily arrange a meeting day or conference tailored to your company’s needs and desires.

Is your hotel, restaurant, and café for both private individuals and companies?

Trinity’s hotel, restaurant, and bar are for both private individuals and companies, which can advantageously be used for a cozy evening or weekend as well as for company meetings and lunches. The premises are flexibly arranged, and our restaurant always offers atmospheric à la carte gastronomy.

Restaurant Lillebælt

What is the difference between the lunch/conference buffet of the day and the à la carte menu in the restaurant?

The lunch/conference buffet of the day is a changing menu offered at lunch time,which includes a wide range of delicious dishes prepared from seasonal fresh ingredients. The à la carte menu allows you to choose individual dishes from our fixed menu, including starters, main courses, and desserts. You can order from the à la carte menu in the evening.

Can the restaurant accommodate special dietary needs or allergies?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate your dietary needs, including allergies, diabetes, or vegetarian preferences. Simply inform us of your needs when ordering so our chefs can adjust the dishes to your wishes and requirements.

How can I book a table for a party or larger event in the restaurant?"

“To reserve a table for a party or larger event, please contact our reception at +45 82 27 17 17.

Our restaurant can accommodate up to 300 guests and can be adapted for both large or intimate events. Our skilled chefs are happy to help create a menu that suits the occasion and the season. We take care of all the details so you can enjoy your party in safe and professional surroundings.

Breakfast buffet

When is the breakfast buffet served?

The breakfast buffet is served in the foyer. Weekdays from 06:30 to 09:30 and on weekends, holidays, and school holidays from 07:00 to 10:00.

Key card

What is the key card used for?

The key card provides access to your room and is also used to open the exterior doors in the pavilion where your room is located. It also provides access to the fitness room. Be careful not to store the card together with your mobile phone, as it can damage the card’s magnetic stripe, which can prevent it from working.

Fitness

Are there fitness facilities?

Yes, you can use our fitness center as a guest, which includes cardiovascular machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, and a cross-trainer. There are also changing and shower facilities.

Rent a bike

Can you rent a bike at the hotel?

At Trinity Hotel and Conference, we understand the importance of exercise and variety for learning, so we are one of the municipality’s cycling hotspots, where you can rent a bike using the Donkey Republic app if you need to get out of the chair and clear your mind. The bike can be returned to any hotspot in the municipality.

Free wi-fi

Do you have free wi-fi?

Yes, Trinity Hotel and Conferences offers free wi-fi access. You can get the logininformationsin the reception.

Guest PC

Is there a guest PC available for guests?

Yes, there is a guest PC with internet access and printer by the lounge in the reception.

Reception

When is the reception open?

The reception is open 24/7, so you can get drinks and other remedies outside the opening hours of the restaurant and bar.

Smoking

Is smoking allowed on Trinity Hotel and Conference?

Trinity is a non-smoking hotel, and it is therefor forbidden to smoke indoor. There is dedicated smoking areas outside the hotel. If you smoke inside and in the hotelroom, we will add an ekstra cleaning fee on 2.500,- DKK.

Room service

Can I get breakfast in my hotelroom?

Yes, for 75 ,- DKK you can get breakfast delivered to your hotelroom. In the room you will find a note on which you can order breakfast from. Please hand it in to the the receptionist no later then 8 pm.the night before.

Newspaper

Are newspapers available at the hotel?

Yes, there is a selection of newspapers for you at thenewspaper stand in the lobby. Remember toput them back after you are done with the newspaper.

Phone

How do phone messages work?

Phone messages are received at the reception and placed at the door of the meeting room. Meetings will only be interrupted in special cases for very important messages.

Can I order a wake up-call?

yes, you can order a morning wake up-call in the ways: by contacting the reception or by entering the time on the room telephone. Pick up the phone, and wait for the bip. Press *73 + time + minutes – fx if you want to be awaken 07.15 am, you press *730715.. Wait for the bip agian, and the hang up the phone.

Toilets

Where are the toilets located in the hotel's common areas?

You will find toilets on every floor and in all pavilions.

Pets

Is it allowed to bring your dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome for an additional fee (max. 2 dogs per room).
