Leaders are also expected to encourage employees to report incidents that may involve breaches of the code. Neither explicit nor implicit acceptance of dubious behavior in violation of the code shall be tolerated. Human Rights and Working Conditions
Basic human rights and working conditions must be known, respected, and applied equally to all employees regardless of employment status.

We believe that employees with different backgrounds and genders contribute to more successful and sustainable operations. Each employee is treated with respect and dignity, and we strive for accessibility for everyone who uses our facilities. For more information, please see our ESG report.
Employment Conditions
Trinity has an agreement with KRIFA. All employees are entitled to an employment contract, written either in English or Danish, which clearly describes employment terms and notice periods. The right to freedom of association and collective bargaining must be recognized and respected in accordance with Danish laws. No employee should be subjected to or threatened with physical or psychological punishment or physical, sexual, verbal abuse, or harassment.
Health & Safety
Trinity offers all employees a healthy and safe working environment. We continuously work to prevent accidents and injuries that may occur in the workplace. We conduct and document regular health and safety training and take measures to reduce risks when identified.

When handling personal data, we respect the rights of our guests and employees to privacy and confidentiality. More information about how we handle sensitive personal information can be found here.
Child Labor, Forced Labor & Human Trafficking
No form of child labor or work involving minors is allowed. Trinity does not permit any form of forced labor, slavery, or other forms of work performed against one’s will in our operations. The minimum age for employees at Trinity is 15 years. Employees under 18 years old must not work night shifts or perform risky or heavy work.
Human trafficking is a violation of human rights, and we will never accept prostitution in our hotel as we consider prostitution to be human trafficking. As an industry, we have a responsibility to engage in preventing human trafficking, which is why we continuously work to improve our processes to combat prostitution and train our employees to detect such actions and take appropriate measures.
