How to choose the right meeting facilities for your event
At Trinity Hotel & Conference, we offer a wide range of conference facilities. Here, you can benefit from a well-equipped auditorium, creative breakout rooms, and bright plenary rooms with views of nature.
We offer various seating arrangements to ensure the perfect setting for any trade fair, conference, or meeting.
Auditorium
The large auditorium can accommodate 212 participants in tiered seating, making it our largest room. The layout around the speaker ensures optimal visibility for all participants. The auditorium has excellent acoustics and an efficient climate control system, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round.
The auditorium is equipped with professional AV and sound equipment. From here, the speaker can conduct product demonstrations or livestream to online participants located elsewhere in the world.
Breakout rooms
Our breakout rooms, also referred to as meeting rooms, are smaller rooms that can accommodate meetings of up to 20–25 participants. They are designed based on modern learning styles, allowing participants’ creativity to flow. There is space for development and collaboration throughout the room.

Plenary rooms
Our plenary rooms, also referred to as conference rooms, vary in size. These flexible spaces can be arranged according to your preferences. They are all bright, with good natural light or the option for blackout. Most of Trinity’s plenary rooms have direct access to nature, allowing participants to get fresh air between sessions.
The restaurant
The restaurant is, of course, not a meeting room, but it is a fantastic venue for hosting celebrations, whether it is an annual party, a company Christmas lunch, or other festive corporate events. At Trinity Hotel & Conference, you can book the entire restaurant if you wish to create unique experiences for your employees.
We are proud to offer a beautiful view of the Little Belt – it is truly something out of the ordinary.
All rooms contain modern AV equipment
Conference facilities also include modern AV equipment. When COVID-19 shut down Denmark, we initiated a modernization of all our meeting and conference rooms. Many of our spaces have since been upgraded in terms of equipment. This means that in all the above rooms, you will find the necessary technology to host everything from trade fairs to training sessions.
This is also what makes us the ideal venue for both small and large conferences.

A conference center is not only for conferences. We successfully host a wide range of training sessions throughout the year. With our large meeting rooms, auditorium, and the option of smaller breakout rooms, you have excellent opportunities to host all types of training.
A conference center offers the flexibility to gather everyone in one room or start together in the auditorium and then split into smaller rooms for group work.
With our location in the center of Denmark, close to both Fredericia and Middelfart station, we provide the ideal setting for bringing together participants from across the country.
