Whistleblower Policy

Reporting System

In our reporting system, you can quickly and easily report concerns about actual situations or suspicions that may affect Trinity Hotel and Conference as a business or people’s well-being. The reporting system must not be used for intentionally false accusations against individuals, and no deliberately false information should be reported. We encourage you to include your name in the report. Regardless of whether you do or not, we ask you to create a secure mailbox. This makes it safer and easier to communicate with us.

All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.

How does our whistleblower policy work?
You will now access a page where you can describe your suspicion or concern. Then press send.

The recipient of your message may need more information to proceed with the case. Therefore, they have the option to write back to you within the system. After pressing “send,” you will receive a code that you can use to log in later and read any messages. This allows for back-and-forth communication without revealing your identity.

After sending a message, you will always receive feedback within 7 days confirming that we have received it. You will always be informed within 3 months about the actions we have taken based on your report.

It is important to carefully consider how you describe your suspicion. We need as much information as possible to proceed with the case. The system allows you to attach files if you have written materials that can shed light on the suspicion.

At the same time, be aware that if you wish to remain anonymous, you should consider how you formulate your message. You may unintentionally reveal your identity in whole or in part by providing information that hints at who you are.
