There are many conference centers in Jutland – if you are looking for a conference center near Middelfart, Vejle, Kolding, and Fredericia, you have come to the right place. We have the perfect setting for your next meeting, exhibition, event, or conference—whether it’s for daytime meetings or evening gatherings.

How to choose the right meeting facilities for your event
At Trinity Hotel and Conference, we offer many different conference facilities. Here you can enjoy the well-equipped auditorium, the creative group rooms, and bright plenary rooms with a view of nature.
We can arrange various table configurations to ensure the perfect setting for any trade show, conference, or meeting.
Auditorium
The large auditorium can accommodate 212 participants in tiered seating, making it our largest room. The tiered seating around the speaker ensures optimal visibility for all participants. The auditorium has excellent acoustics and an efficient climate control system that ensures a comfortable room temperature regardless of the season.
The auditorium is equipped with professional AV and sound equipment. From here, the speaker can give product demonstrations or live stream to online participants located elsewhere in the world.
Group Rooms
Our group rooms, also called meeting rooms, are smaller rooms that can accommodate meetings of up to 20-25 participants. We designed them based on modern learning styles, allowing participants to experience their creativity flowing. There is space for development and collaboration across the room.
Do you have specific wishes for table arrangements or breakout rooms? We can often accommodate most requests.
Plenary Rooms
Our plenary rooms, also called conference rooms, vary in size. The flexible rooms can be arranged according to your wishes. They are all bright and have good natural light or the option for blackout. Most of Trinity’s plenary rooms have direct access to nature, allowing participants to get some fresh air between the many exciting presentations.
Restaurant
The restaurant is, of course, not a meeting room, but it is a fantastic place to hold a party, whether it’s the annual company party, the annual Christmas party, or other festive company events. At Trinity Hotel and Conference, you can book the entire restaurant to create unique experiences for your employees.
We can proudly boast the beautiful view of Lillebælt – it is extraordinary.
All rooms contain modern AV equipment
Conference facilities also include modern AV equipment. When Corona shut down Denmark, we began modernizing all our meeting and conference rooms. Many of our new rooms are updated in terms of equipment. This means that in all the above rooms, you will find the necessary equipment to hold everything from trade shows to courses.
This is also what makes us the perfect place to hold smaller as well as larger conferences.

A conference center is not just for conferences. We successfully hold many different courses throughout the year. With our large meeting rooms, auditorium, and the possibility of smaller group rooms, you have plenty of opportunities to hold all kinds of courses.
A conference center has the flexibility to gather everyone in one room or start together in the auditorium and then send them out into smaller rooms for group work.
With our location in the middle of Denmark, not far from Fredericia and Middelfart station, we have the optimal location to gather course participants from all over the country.
