Book a tour

We often hear: “Wow, it’s much bigger than we expected.” And that is exactly why we would like to invite you inside Trinity Hotel & Conference.

Trinity is something you need to experience in person. We have space for everything from small meetings and large conferences to company events and occasions where logistics, flow, and the right setting all need to come together. Whether you are gathering 7 people or more than 700, we will help you find the solution that suits your needs.

When you book a tour with us, you will receive a personal introduction to our venues and the possibilities they offer. Your tour will typically be hosted by Ole, our Key Account Manager, or one of our other experienced advisors, who will tailor the tour to your specific event. Together, we will discuss everything from venue selection, seating arrangements, and catering to AV equipment, accommodation, parking, and guest flow.

As something extra, we can also introduce you to the new possibilities in K1+K2, our large event hall with capacity for 750 guests in one space. It opens up entirely new formats – from large annual meetings and trade fairs to company parties, product launches, and events with real wow factor.

This is what our happy customers say

When joy spreads. Feel the excitement in our guest reviews and become part of our happy visitors yourself.

Really great! It’s a huge pleasure to show up and have everything run smoothly! Fantastic, welcoming service all the way through from the skilled staff, lovely catering, and excellent facilities. The fact that you also take the time to find a “welcome screen” in the room that suits us as the host is the cherry on top — such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture.

Everything worked perfect!

Susanne M.

Good location in relation to Funen/Middelfart (via the old Little Belt Bridge) and Fredericia. Peaceful. Nice view from the south-west facing room in Block 6. Well maintained. Excellent breakfast. Charming terrain for walks down towards the Little Belt. Very large hotel complex, but with good decentralized parking, and decentralized coffee/tea/water stations.

Niels G.

Everything worked perfectly – friendly and accommodating service and exquisite food, even healthy and with green considerations. We also tried a Danish rosé wine that paired nicely with both salmon and chicken. The hotel is ideally located for a walk on Fredericia's ramparts and a visit to the fantastic Clay museum.

Ib Christian K.

Top-class hotel and conference center. Lovely rooms that are well-insulated and have comfortable beds. Bright and pleasant meeting rooms with all the facilities. Delicious food. Very friendly and accommodating staff. All in all, a top-class experience.

Maria B.

I have now had the pleasure of being a guest twice in connection with educational courses and can highly recommend Hotel Trinity, both as a conference center and as a private guest if you want a break from everyday life to recharge yourself or as a couple.

Søren H.

Superb service, delicious food, and lovely rooms in delightful surroundings.... Trinity was my home in East Jutland in the early 2000s... the place has kept up with the times, and everyone from the night porter and waiters to the receptionists masters the art of hospitality 100%... nothing is a problem, and everything is resolved with a smile no matter what time of day I encounter them... in short: It is approved with a standing ovation... thank you for 3 wonderful days

Excellent food - both breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beautiful location by the Little Belt (winter swimming accomplished). Nice facilities. Lovely room with a good bed and a view. The perfect place for a conference.

Why book a tour?

When choosing a venue for a meeting or event, photos and floor plans can only tell you so much. A tour gives you the opportunity to experience Trinity for yourself – and often makes the decision much easier.

You will get a feel for the size, atmosphere, and distance between the different rooms. You can see how guests will arrive, where breaks can take place, how lunch can fit into the programme, and which rooms are best suited to your event. This is particularly valuable if you are planning a larger meeting, an event with accommodation, a conference, trade fair, or company party, where the details can make a big difference to the overall experience.

A tour also gives you the opportunity to ask all the questions that can be difficult to clarify by email. Where can participants park? Are breakout rooms available? How does the AV equipment work? Can guests stay overnight? Where can you set up a stage, bar, registration area, or exhibition?

At Trinity, we use the tour to advise you – not simply to show you around. We start with your event and help you explore the options that make the most sense for your needs. This means you will leave with more than just a gut feeling. You will have specific ideas, practical answers, and a better basis for choosing the right venue.

Not sure whether to book a tour?

We have gathered more information here, making it easier for you to make the right decision quickly and easily.

How do I book a tour at Trinity?

You can book a tour by contacting us directly via the form on this page, by phone on +45 20 80 71 14, or by email at ohd@trinity.dk.

Feel free to tell us a little about what you are planning, how many participants you expect, and whether you are interested in meetings, conferences, trade fairs, company events, or accommodation. We will then tailor the tour to your needs.

Who will show me around?

You will typically be shown around by Ole, our Key Account Manager, who knows the hotel, its facilities, and the many different types of events we host inside and out.

If Ole is unavailable, another experienced advisor from our team will show you around. The most important thing is that you receive a personal and relevant tour tailored to your event.

How long does a tour take?

A tour typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on how much you would like to see and how far along you are in the planning process.

If you would like to explore several meeting rooms, accommodation options, the restaurant, foyer areas, or the new K1+K2 hall, it may be a good idea to allow a little extra time.

What can I see during a tour?

During a tour, you can explore the rooms and facilities that are relevant to your event.

This may include meeting rooms, conference rooms, the auditorium, restaurant, common areas, hotel rooms, parking facilities, and event spaces. If your event requires several rooms, we will also be happy to show you how the flow between plenary sessions, breakout rooms, breaks, and catering can work.

Can I book a tour even if I don’t know the date or number of participants yet?

Yes, absolutely. You do not need to have all the details in place before booking a tour. Many guests use the tour as part of the early planning process, while the date, number of participants, and event format are still being decided.

We will help you explore the possibilities, making it easier to take the next steps in your planning.

What types of events is it useful to book a tour for?

Booking a tour is particularly useful if you are planning an off-site meeting, training session, conference, overnight meeting, trade fair, product launch, company party, or larger event. The more participants, details, and requirements involved, the more valuable it can be to see the venue in person and discuss the possibilities with us.

Can we see the new K1+K2 hall?

Yes – hard hats on! We will be happy to tell you more about the possibilities in K1+K2 and show you how the hall can be used for larger events.

You will get a better sense of how the space can work for everything from large conferences and trade fairs to company parties, award ceremonies, and events with a stage, AV equipment, and many guests gathered in one place.

Can we discuss pricing and get a quote during the tour?

Yes, absolutely.

The tour is often a great starting point for determining which solution best suits your needs. Once we know more about the date, number of participants, room requirements, catering, AV equipment, and any accommodation needs, we can prepare a tailored quote for you afterwards.

Can several people from our company join the tour?

Yes, you are very welcome to bring colleagues along. It can be helpful to include several decision-makers or planners, so you can explore the facilities together, ask questions, and get a shared understanding of the possibilities.

This often makes the decision-making process easier afterwards.
