Our central location in Fredericia makes it easy to gather colleagues, partners, and guests from across the country, and with flexible venues, technical solutions, and high capacity, we can accommodate everything from themed parties and award shows to anniversaries and concerts.

In spring 2027, we will open the doors to our new event hall – a modern event space with room for up to 500 seated guests and many more for standing events. The space offers plenty of room – both physically and creatively – and connects directly to a large foyer where you can welcome guests, create atmosphere, and let them mingle.

Our largest venue accommodates up to 700 seated guests, and we tailor the setup, lighting, sound, and catering to match your format and preferences.

You can choose an elegant dinner with speeches and live music, a festive dance evening with a DJ and late-night food, or something entirely different – for example, an 80s-themed party, a company kickoff with entertainment, or a standing event with street food and cocktails.

We are happy to assist with idea development, themes, scenography, and booking of entertainment. Whether you want to go classic or create something unexpected and creative, we are ready to turn your ideas into reality.

Can you book Trinity for a concert?

Yes – Trinity is not just for meetings and corporate parties. You can also book our facilities for concerts, stand-up shows, award shows, and other audience-focused events, where the stage and the experience are at the center.

Our largest hall accommodates well over 500 guests for standing events, and with professional sound, lighting, stage, and AV setup, we create the setting for everything from music and comedy to award ceremonies and talks. The venue has direct access to the foyer, cloakroom, and bar area – and we are happy to assist with setup, ticketing systems, backstage areas, and practical execution.

We have experience with both company-organized concerts, public events, and private shows – and we are ready to advise you, whether you are an experienced event organizer or hosting for the first time.

Yes, we can. At Trinity, we collaborate with professional suppliers in decoration, scenography, and theming, so we can help you with everything from table decorations and flowers to banners, lighting design, and full-scale themed setups.

Whether you dream of an elegant gala atmosphere, a colorful themed party, or a clean and stylish branding experience, we can help bring your vision to life. We can contribute ideas, coordinate with external partners, or connect you with our trusted collaborators – so you don’t have to manage everything yourself.

If you prefer to handle it yourself, you are of course also welcome to bring your own suppliers – we will assist with logistics and planning to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Are there accommodation options in connection with the event?

Yes – and that is one of the great advantages of choosing Trinity. We offer on-site accommodation, so your guests can enjoy the party without having to think about getting home afterwards. Today, we have 151 modern rooms, and from spring 2027, we are expanding to 195 rooms.

Are you hosting an even larger event? We also collaborate with a number of excellent hotels in the local area, all located within a 10–15 minute drive. We are happy to help coordinate accommodation and any necessary transport, ensuring everyone has a safe and comfortable end to the evening.

With accommodation as an integrated part of the experience, you can offer your guests dinner, the party, late-night food, and breakfast – all under one roof.

How is catering handled for large events?

There are many options when it comes to catering for large events at Trinity Hotel & Conference. Our kitchen is experienced in handling everything from classic multi-course gala dinners to standing, more informal service at concerts, corporate parties, and networking events.

You can choose between:

  • Seated dinner – for example 2-, 3-, or 4-course gala menus with wine pairing and table service

  • Buffet or themed buffet – suitable for larger groups and themed events

  • Standing dining – ideal for concerts, award shows, or parties with free movement

  • Reception-style service – small servings and snacks during talks, shows, or presentations

  • Late-night food and brunch – for the conclusion and overnight events

Our chefs put together the menu in close dialogue with you, ensuring it matches the atmosphere, schedule, and budget of your event. We naturally also take special requests, allergies, and special concepts into account.

Can you combine a company party with professional activities or meetings?

Yes, you can – and many of our customers do exactly that. Trinity is both a conference hotel and an event venue, which means we can naturally combine the professional with the festive.

You can, for example, start the day with a conference, a strategy workshop, or a kickoff, and finish with dinner, entertainment, and a corporate party in the same building. We have more than 30 meeting rooms, so we can easily tailor the program with plenary sessions, breakout rooms, and breaks – before moving to the event space in the evening.

This creates a smooth transition from work to celebration – without transport, changing venues, or loss of energy. We are happy to help plan a program where both content and experience are given space.

Is the venue accessible for people with mobility challenges or wheelchair users?

Yes, Trinity is “God Adgang” certified, and our facilities are designed with full accessibility in mind – including toilets, elevators, access conditions, and parking spaces.
