Want to learn more about fairs, exhibitions, and summits at Trinity?

We’ve gathered a bit more information below on hosting a trade fair, exhibition, or summit.

What is a trade fair, product exhibition, or summit?

A trade fair, exhibition, or summit is a professional event where companies, organisations, or industry peers gather to present products, services, ideas, or knowledge – often to build relationships, strengthen positioning, and increase market visibility.

A trade fair is typically characterised by many exhibitors, booths, and a targeted audience – ranging from industry-specific fairs and B2B platforms to theme days and networking events. Guests can browse, explore new developments, see demos, and ask questions directly to producers or suppliers.

A product exhibition is often more curated and focused – for example, an internal showcase for partners, a product launch, or an exclusive event for selected customers. Visual presentation and storytelling play a key role here.

A summit differs by having a stronger professional focus. Here, decision-makers, experts, or network members gather for presentations, panel debates, and discussions. The format is similar to a conference, but with added emphasis on interaction, trends, and strategic dialogue.

What all three have in common is that they create a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and influence – and they are powerful tools for reaching customers, colleagues, or industry professionals in a professional and engaging way.

How does parking work at the trade fair?

At Trinity, parking is always free. From December 2026, we will offer 500 parking spaces directly at the main entrance, making it easy and hassle-free for organisers, exhibitors, and participants to arrive and depart – with no extra costs.

We also offer charging stations for electric cars – available via app or subscription.

Can participants or exhibitors stay overnight at the hotel?

Yes, from December 2026 we will have 195 rooms located right next to the exhibition area, making it easy and convenient to stay on-site. Until then, we offer 151 rooms.

If more rooms are needed, we work with other nearby hotels and can assist with coordinating accommodation.

Can I receive a trade fair guide or stand overview in advance?

We don’t operate with a fixed trade fair guide, as all trade fairs and exhibitions at Trinity are customised to the specific event.

If you need an overview, we’re happy to help create one as part of the planning process.

Do you offer sustainable solutions and green events?

Sustainability is an integrated part of how we operate.

We are Green Key certified and work actively with ESG. If you have specific wishes for green solutions – for example regarding decoration, materials, or activities – we’re happy to find a solution together.

You can read more about our sustainability work here.

Can we book additional meeting rooms during the trade fair?

Yes, we have more than 30 meeting and breakout rooms, so there are generally good opportunities to add extra spaces for meetings or sessions.

Just let us know during the planning phase, and we’ll tailor the offer to suit your needs. You can also read more about our facilities here.

Is the venue accessible for people with mobility challenges or wheelchair users?
