From the beginning of 2027, our new exhibition and trade fair facilities will be ready. With space for up to 700 participants in one room and direct access to a spacious foyer, you have optimal opportunities to create flow between presentations, stands, and networking areas. Here, your guests can gather for welcome coffee, breakfast, lunch, conversations, and breaks – all supported by professional AV equipment and technical assistance that ensures a seamless experience from start to finish.

By placing your trade fair in Fredericia, you gain a geographical advantage: Trinity is located in the center of the country and is easily accessible for guests from all over Denmark – whether they come from Jutland, Funen, or Zealand.
This makes it easier to gather all participants in one place and reduces travel costs for many.

How much does a trade fair at Trinity Hotel and Conference cost?
The price depends on a number of factors such as the number of participants, time frame, catering, technical requirements, and whether you require accommodation.
We always tailor an offer based on your needs. Contact us for a dialogue, and we will find the right solution together.
How does parking work at the trade fair?
At Trinity, parking is always free. From 2027, we will have more than 500 parking spaces directly at the main entrance, making it easy for organizers, exhibitors, and participants to arrive and depart – without hassle or extra costs.
In addition, we have charging stations for electric vehicles, which can be used via an app or subscription.
Can participants or exhibitors stay overnight at the hotel?
Yes, from the beginning of 2027 we will have 195 rooms located right next to the exhibition area, making it easy and convenient to stay on site. Until then, we have 151 rooms.
If additional rooms are needed, we collaborate with other hotels in the area and can help coordinate accommodation.
Can I receive a trade fair guide or stand overview in advance?
We do not work with a fixed exhibition guide, as all trade fairs and exhibitions with us are tailored to the specific event.
If you need an overview, we are happy to help create one as part of the planning process.
Do you offer sustainable solutions and green events?
Sustainability is an integrated part of the way we work.
We are Green Key certified and actively work with ESG. If you have specific requests for green solutions – for example regarding decoration, materials, or activities – we are happy to find a solution together.

Can we book additional meeting rooms during the trade fair?
Yes, we have more than 30 meeting and breakout rooms, so there are usually good opportunities to add breakout rooms or meeting spaces.

Is the venue accessible for people with mobility challenges or wheelchair users?
Yes, Trinity is “God Adgang” certified, and our facilities are designed with full accessibility in mind – including toilets, elevators, access conditions, and parking spaces.
