What Is the Difference Between a Day Meeting, Full-Day Meeting, or Video Meeting?
We are one of the few hotels that can accommodate many types of meetings and conferences. If you are unsure what makes the most sense for you and your company, here is a guide for your next meeting.
A day meeting is often a focused and tightly planned meeting where decisions need to be made. Many companies use us for board meetings, sales meetings, recruitment interviews, and simply as an external meeting location. A day meeting typically lasts a morning or afternoon.
Moving up to full-day meetings, it typically includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the evening. It is a popular choice when you have one-day courses or larger meetings planned.
Overnight meetings are meetings that involve an overnight stay. All our overnight meetings include accommodation in the price.
Of course, you can also hold a single day meeting if participants are not coming from far away. However, most meeting organizers prefer to purchase accommodation once they arrive.
Having trouble gathering everyone? Hold a hybrid meeting! Our video meetings are popular, especially if you want to host a webinar and don’t have the necessary facilities yourself. It could also be that you have colleagues from around the world.
With the help of our state-of-the-art AV equipment, you can stream across rooms internally and externally with microphones, cameras, and projectors. Our free Wi-Fi ensures a smooth experience for all participants – both physical and online. The only thing online participants will miss is our exceptionally good meeting catering.

If you are lucky enough to start the day with us, you can sit down for our breakfast. Our breakfast is a traditional breakfast with everything your heart desires. You can enjoy bread from our own bakery, our own brunch sausages, fruit, eggs, yogurt, and tasty juices.
Lunch is served in our restaurant. Here, you can enjoy a lunch dish that varies throughout the week. If you have the room all day and want lunch in the meeting room, this can also be arranged. Just note it in your inquiry.
After a long day, you can look forward to taking a seat in our restaurant and enjoying a good dinner with your colleagues, course participants, or meeting attendees.

All day long, you can use our many coffee and water bars found around the hotel. At each coffee bar, you can help yourself to good coffee or a warming cup of tea. At the coffee bar, you will also find our water bar. In the water bar, you can quench your thirst with ice water and sparkling water.
Do you want something else in the room? You can add other refreshments such as soft drinks, nuts, fresh fruit, or other beverages and snacks. We can customize your meeting to suit the participants and create perfect conditions.
