With us, you get access to essential facilities as well as the option to add equipment, setup, and support – depending on your needs.

We bring it all together for you

You can rent AV equipment, power outlets, cables, lighting, and extension cords directly through us, so you don’t have to transport everything yourself. Our technical team is happy to assist with setup, testing, and dismantling – and is available if you need help during the trade fair itself.

If your stand requires screens, sound, spotlights, or special effects, we have a skilled partner through Compass Fairs who will help find the solution that fits your setup and message.

They can also assist with professional stand construction if needed.

Delivery and access before the trade fair

Depending on what has been agreed with the organizer, you can arrive in good time to deliver materials and set up your stand in the days leading up to the trade fair, and we will send you information in advance regarding access conditions, time slots, and logistics. There is the possibility for unloading close to the entrance, and we ensure access to the facilities you need.

Dismantling and collection typically take place immediately after the event – we help find the most practical solution.

Catering and breaks

We offer catering on the day in the form of coffee, snacks, and lunch, which can be purchased as a package or ordered separately depending on what has been agreed with the trade fair organizer.

If you need a break area or would like food delivered directly to your stand, we can arrange that as well – just let us know in advance so we can coordinate it with the kitchen.
