You can rent AV equipment, power outlets, cables, lighting, and extension cords directly through us—no need to transport everything yourself. Our tech team is happy to assist with setup, testing, and breakdown—and they’ll be available for support during the trade fair if needed.

If your booth needs screens, sound, spotlights, or special effects, we’ll help you find the right solution for your setup and message.

Delivery and access before the trade fair

Depending on the organizer’s arrangements, you can typically access the venue in advance to deliver materials and set up your booth in the days leading up to the event. We’ll send you detailed information about access points, time slots, and logistics well ahead of time. There’s convenient unloading near the entrance, and we’ll make sure you have access to the facilities you need.

Breakdown and pickup usually take place right after the event—we’ll help you find the most practical solution.

Catering and breaks

We offer catering including coffee, snacks, and lunch, which can be purchased as a package or ordered separately depending on the agreement with the trade fair organizer.

If you need a dedicated break zone or prefer meals delivered directly to your booth, we’ve got that covered too—just let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the kitchen.
